Girl Scouts Honor the Fallen on Memorial Day

This past weekend, Girl Scouts from all over eastern Massachusetts honored those who died while serving in United States of America’s armed forces. Here are some stories from around the council:
Sharon Memorial Day 2016

Juniors from Sharon Troop #65295

Two Junior Girl Scouts from troop #65295 of Sharon honored fallen veterans by placing American flags and flowers on their graves at Rock Ridge Cemetery.


Burlington Memorial Day 2016

Burlington Daisies

Burlington Girl Scouts joined Burlington Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts, along with veterans and other community organizations, in replacing old and worn flags on veterans’ graves in the town.
