Girl Scout councils across the nation announce the introduction of a brand new Girl Scout S’mores™ cookie!

Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts’ new cookie is a crispy graham cookie double-dipped in yummy crème icing and finished with a scrumptious chocolately coating, providing an innovative take on the classic s’mores treat. This clever take on the time-honored campfire treat is vegan, and free of artificial colors, preservatives, and partially hydrogenated oils.

The tradition of making and enjoying s’mores in the outdoors was popularized by Girl Scouts as early as the 1920s. Our organization was one of the first to publish the iconic recipe in a 1925 issue of Girl Scout Leader magazine. The popular s’mores recipe is just one component of Girl Scouts’ longstanding commitment to the outdoors, a cornerstone of the organization that plays a vital role in girls’ leadership development.

What better way to celebrate this iconic treat and 100 years of Girl Scouts selling cookies than with a delicious new s’mores cookie.
